Researching: Provided missions stats for AfAm Missions Manifesto; studied ethnicity and missions at 1-week course at Columbia Int’l Univ. (CIU); edited a chapter in a doctoral student’s dissertation; edited the 2nd edition of Dr. Michael Johnson’s book Making the Lame Man Blind; provided research for an article by Patricia Bailey on AfAm missions
Teaching: In the USA: Evangelism seminar at Bethel Church, Dalton, GA (112 student hours of 60 minutes); Presented “Recruiting AfAM Missionaries” seminar to about 60 at CIU AfAm Missions Strategy Seminar; updated AfAm missions seminar and Missions Trends presentations; updated Parenting presentation (African emphasis); Taught AfAm missions seminar at 2 AfAm churches (93 student hours); preached on missions to about 50 at 1st Bapt. Ch. Hixson; Taught on God’s truth and mercy at Cedine (47 student hours); taught on missions at Bethlehem Bapt. Ch.(6 student hours). Total of 318 student hours

teaching & medical ministry:
Missions Mobilizing: AfAm Missions Manifesto Helped to complete the AfAm Missions Manifesto Sudan Recruited, trained and provided logistics for Southern Sudan team of 6; presented Sudan ministry to Love Fellowship Baptist Ch.; Prepared Sudan orphan presentation at Cedine Ministries (campers there contributed $7388 for orphans); Recruiting for 2008 trip, with four having joined the Team. Uganda worked with Westminster Theol. Seminary and Lookout Mtn. Pres. Ch. to fund two dorms in Uganda, as well as ongoing funding for faculty and Sudanese students India Was forced to cancel 2007 trip, but we’re now recruiting for 2008 trip Kenya sent 6 study Bibles; assisting Mission Ridge Miss. Bapt. church through wiring funds as they pursue medical missions in Kenya Other: hosted 3 AfAm pastors/missions leaders at Lookout Pres. missions conf. & provided missions book to each; hosted Dr. & Mrs. Michael Johnson at Lookout Missions Conference; Arranged for AfAm missionary & an African to speak in 3 AfAm area churches; spoke on missions panel discussion New City Fellowship; Attended Africa Christian Training Institute Board meeting in Atlanta 11/26-27 Networking with AfAm missions mobilizers (Richard Coleman, Patricia Bailey, Galen Jones) Approx. 6 conference calls to plan Columbia Int’l Univ. missions and reconciliation seminar for Jan. 2008 AfAm missionary census: preliminary work completed with Richard Coleman and others assisting Assisting Resurrected Baptist Church (Chattanooga) in planning for their May 2008 missions conference
Urban Ministry: Evangelism/discipleship 56 occasions (3 professions); Court/jail visits: 9; helped 2 men obtain factory jobs and assisted several others in searching; provided job information sheets to scores; Volunteers: Herm Bel, Flo Samuels, Michael Johnson, Rochelle Johnson; Jimmie Johnson; Brooks & Riva Cain; Lois Hurd; purchased $515 in Bibles and tracts for urban ministry Urban Ministry Network meetings: 2; meals with 2 inner city friends

Administration: Financial Handled all financials including receipting and IRS reports; RMNI books reviewed by two men familiar with RMNI Reporting Completed and distributed Reports 45-49; Tenn. corporate report filed; provided monthly ministry activity reports to Board; 3 supporting church reports; Reported to and visited donors in the Northeast Website So far this year we have averaged 7,717 visits per month to www.RMNI.org; we obtained a new webmaster; arranged for hosting, design, content and coding of AfAm Missions Manifesto, www.afammissionmanifesto.org ; ongoing updating and posting of new items; preparing to post videos Graphics/software/equipment Added new PowerPoint templates; Revised RMNI brochure, RMNI PowerPoint presentation and table-top display; upgraded to MS Office 2007 & upgraded security software; revised Report template; purchased color laser printer and laptop Assistant Director: Developed Employee Statement with Board committee; hosted the James Wilson family, interviewed references and the Board extended invitation to him to join RMNI as assistant Director when support is raised; negotiated his support level Other: recruited 4 Board members; mobilized more prayer support
