Jim Sutherland was involved with Africa Christian Training Institute in sending short-term missionaries to Uganda since 1994, four years before the founding of Reconciliation Ministries Network.  RMNi has led ten teams to Uganda in all, and has developed excellent friendships and ministry partners in that beautiful nation.
